The food is great, very clean and the service is excellent.

Going to this restaurant was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the venue had a very old style done modern look. If the weather is nice, eating outside would have been lovely as the restaurant is situated in a valley directly under an old castle. Would highly recommend this restaurant and if I'm back in the area I would visit again

Great ambience, excellent cuisine, excellent service ... just great!

First class cuisine, wonderful ambience and very attentive service. Everything was right here. Had we had more time we would have stayed at the hotel. Only a few kilometers away from the A7, the Relais and Chateaux Hardenberger Burghotel, Restaurant Novalis are very easy to reach and worth the trip. We will definitely go back to try this wonderful place for a longer time.

Excellent food. Very finely seasoned and varied. The down-to-earth decor reflects the local roots, culinary but German-French excellence is offered. The service is on the price at a very good level: Cautious and discreet, at the same time on formal value.

Very good service, good and freshly prepared food. You keep up with the times and also offer a vegan menu that appeals to health and environmentally conscious people. The entire facility is barrier-free for wheelchair users and also with a toilet for wheelchair users. I felt very welcome and would like to come back.

Top restaurant at the highest level, comfortable and elegantly restrained decorated, great staff on this evening, also the dog was allowed to come along. What awaits you exceeds the expectations of an upscale dinner, not to mention the served wine. A real culinary highlight, without ifs and buts.

The restaurant suits the castle hotel, the ambience is rustic / romantic. We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside in the evening with the best April weather, including a view of the riding facility. The service is attentive but not intrusive, the menu is straightforward as it should be for me, the food was delicious and creative, the wine recommendations were excellent.

An excellent fine cuisine with well-coordinated flavors and creative new ideas, which understands their craft perfectly. The service is attentive and very courteous. Even whispered wishes are immediately fulfilled. It's a shame that our journey is so far.

Highly recommended, the kitchen of Mrs. Burgwinkel is excellent and the restaurant offers a real historic ambience for the high standards. Very attentive, but unobtrusive service complete the visit.
